Music Director
Chris MacDougall , Music Director at Westminster United Church, has been in the Church Music Business for about 40 years. (She was VERY young at her first job!) Currently directing 4 choirs at the church, Chris really enjoys the diversity so unique to Westminster, and loves the multi-cultural aspect of the choirs.
Chris recently retired from elementary school teaching, where she taught Primary grades, and directed many choirs. John MacDougall is a soloist and bass chorister in the choir. He too is a member of Justus. Sons David and Eric are avid musicians and U of T grads, pursuing their own lives.
We are hoping for new singers for our Choral groups, and passionate instrumentalists to come out of their hiding spots. It is time NOW to vocalize, tune up, strap it on, turn on the amp and MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE!

We continue to 'draw the circle wider' as we integrate more and more music from beyond Europe and North America. We remind ourselves through music that 'we are not alone, we live in God's World'. Our worship is enriched and inclusive as we explore diverse musical resources.
A donation to the Reid Memorial Fund is wonderful way to assist in the enhancement of our worship services.
Watch for startup times for September music. You will want to be sure to join a group, especially to get ready for our October INTERCULTURAL WEEKEND Celebration, with three choirs combining in praise and worship.
And, of course, Christmas prep is not far behind!
